Join us for a special Parent + Tot Suspension Yoga experience designed to bring connection, movement, and mindfulness together in a fun and supportive environment.
This class is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and spend meaningful time with your child while exploring gentle, playful movement using our suspension yoga equipment. Together, you will move, connect, and share an experience that supports both emotional and physical development.
Through guided activities, your child will build coordination, body awareness, and confidence, all while feeling safe and supported by you. At the same time, parents have the chance to be fully present, creating meaningful moments that strengthen your bond and deepen connection.
